It's thanks to our members and supporters that UK Beaders continues to thrive and grow.
This site is completely free to everyone (companies don't pay to have their site listed), so to help raise funds to cover running costs I have been working on lots of great ideas! Even if you don't have any pennies to spare I have hit upon some great ways you can raise funds for us - totally free, at the click of a mouse! And of course it's your participation that keeps our community together, so please spare a moment to find out how you can join in and help spread the word about how fabulous UK Beaders is!

If you already have a text listing on www.uk-beaders.co.uk why not consider upgrading your listing to include a banner.
You can submit your own full colour banner (including animated banners) up to 60x450 pixels for just £6 for 6 months or £10 for a year. You can upgrade your listing(s) in all categories/pages on the main site and the fee covers all the listings you may have on UK Beaders if you are listed in more than 1 category (e.g. Classes and UK Based Suppliers).
What's in it for you? Well as well as the warm feeling you will get from helping UK Beaders you will also make your listing stand out among the crowd. UK Beaders gets over 1000 hits per month (and rising)
with the Unique lampwork & UK suppliers pages being some of the most regularly visited, so why not take advantage of our site traffic.

You can help spread the word about UK Beaders to other beaders and jewellery designers in your area. Or if you are a bead shop owner or lampworker to your customers even! (These cards are not aimed at jewellery buying customers but at other beaders/designers).
For bead shop owners we also have tags with the UK Beaders site address on, which are small enough to pop into bags of beads, or can be stapled to receipts, popped in books or whatever other uses you can find for them.
To receive your UK Beaders cards and/or tags simply send me an SAE. Please complete the contact form stating how many cards or tags you would like (general maximum of 25 of each more available by arrangement) and I will give you the address for your SAE. Or if you prefer you can make a donation by PayPal to cover the postage costs (don't forget to include a message with your name and address in) to receive your cards.
Spread the word - UK Beaders library book project
You can help spread the word about UK Beaders on your next visit to your local library.
Find the books on beading and jewellery related topics in your library (using the dewey system look for books around 746.5) Then simply take a UK Beaders card and pop it in the pocket at the front where they stamp the return dates.
